
I got a little video of him making cooing noises at the cats. Hilarious. He still doesn’t talk much, but he does make himself understood.

We could not have had balmier weather if we’d gone to Florida. We spent a lot of time walking up and down the driveway. When we went to Charlottesville, we were able to go down to the beach, dig in the sand, and skip rocks on the water.

We made cookies for the neighbors and everyone wanted to help (or taste the dough…).

You can see the gingerbread cookies on the plate in the background. A week later, when Gilbert asked Seamus if he believed in Santa, Seamus said yes, because he saw the Santa tracker. I don’t even want to plumb the depths of believing what you see in on line content…

The older boys had one interaction with other kids (their cousins) during break, until I took them and two friends to bounce it out on Saturday. They played remarkably well together for having spent so much time together these two weeks. I dare say they might be friends.
